Bubble Wrap Maniac was a Flash game created by developer Jeremy Winterrowd in 2006. An alternative version was added to PlayScaryMazeGame.net.
The player only plays the game by popping virtual bubble wrap; after 25 seconds, Sarah Novak from Exorcist: The Beginning appears and punches the screen, followed by a close-up image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist, accompanied by the scream from The Maze. There is a watermark with the title "Bloggits", which is Jeremy's old website before it moved to "Winterrowd.com".
There is an alternative version of this game hosted on Playscarymazegame.net titled Scary Bubble Wrap. In this version, the image of Regan MacNeil is replaced with a picture of a lifeless girl with black hair and blank white eyes in a bathtub filled with green liquid. There is also a score on the top right hand corner, the text "level 1" on the left, and the popping sound is completely different from the one in the original game. It should also be noted that the screamer activates when the player reaches a score of 3100, instead of triggering after 25 seconds.
