Shakey MacGee's Needle Threading Challenge, also popularly known as the "Scary Needle Game," is an online flash screamer game that has gained notoriety for its deceptive appearance as a simple needle-threading game. The game opens with a prompt that asks the player to select the size and thickness of the needle and thread, although these choices do not have any bearing on the gameplay.

The game's mechanics revolve around guiding a trembling hand that holds a needle and thread through a tiny hole without touching any obstacles. There are three levels of increasing difficulty in the game, with each level introducing new challenges. The first level is obstacle-free, the second level introduces balloons, and the third level features bubbles that increase the game's complexity.

However, completing the third level unlocks a jump scare that takes the form of a startling image of a girl with a covered mouth overlayed by Pazuzu's demonic face and accompanied by a loud scream. Furthermore, a coding error in the game causes Pazuzu's face to flash intermittently whenever the player clicks the start button or hits the balloons.
