The Flash game takes the player through a few levels of typical color blindness tests, in which the player has to find the number in the circle. After each level players get provided with their results. In the lasting and most difficult test, it is almost impossible to distinguish the number (it's 5). When the player clicks the number box, the image of Diana Browne from the 1982 horror film Basket Case pops up with an extremely loud scream.

After the screamer, this leads to an official Liquid Generation Sabotage outro in which the ninja appears and says: "You have been sabotaged", and a link to Liquid Generation crushes him. An alternative version of this screamer exists where the liquid generation watermark is replaced with the sound "I see dead people".

The Color Vision Deficiency Test was a screamer produced by Liquid Generation in a series of Sabotage pranks. The game was ultimately taken down along with the rest of the Liquid Generation site.

The game presented itself as a color blindness test, with the player tasked with identifying the number within a circle in a series of increasingly difficult levels. However, in the final and most challenging level, the number (a5) was almost indistinguishable. When the player clicked on the box containing the number, an image of Dr. Judith Kutter (portrayed by Diana Browne) from the 1982 horror film Basket Case appeared on the screen, accompanied by an extremely loud scream. Following the screamer, an official Liquid Generation Sabotage outro appeared, featuring a ninja saying "You have been sabotaged", and a link to Liquid Generation's website. An alternate version of the screamer exists where the Liquid Generation watermark is replaced with the sound clip "I see dead people".
