its started with some Flirty Heart Cookies from the game The Sims 4. After 55 seconds, a possessed vampire sim with black eyes and a growing red pupils pops up with screams from The Maze, K-fee commercials, Liquid Generation, and others. It ends with a black screen with a red text in it while the screen shakes, the red text said "get trolled you sims!".
