The video features highly disturbing scatological footage and pornography accompanied by weird, unsettling, dissonant music, also, the video is full of meaning unclear and disturbing dialogue. It is not clear who the people are in the video, or where the video came from. There has been debate and search all over to find the people involved in the video.
One rumor is that the actor is a man named "Pat Guzzler" or "Patrick Guzzler" who is retired and lives in Palm Springs, California. This is due to his Gayscatvids.com profile containing the clip as well as other pornographic videos he starred in.

Creepypasta
There was allegedly a Creepypasta based off this video titled "Chomp: The Story of the Most Disgusting video on the internet", which is now lost media if it ever existed in the first place .[4] Notably the supposed title of the pasta is nearly identical to that of 3 Orangutans 1 Blender: The Story of the Most Vile Video on the Internet, a real pasta about a notorious hoax.
