The game begins with the user is presented with the title screen with only one option, which is a play button, to initiate the main game. The game comprises of four levels, each level increasing in difficulty, after getting in the narrow part on level 4, a flashing image of [[What's Wrong With This Picture?|What's Wrong?]] face appears along with a short, looping scream.

It is important to note that on the fourth level, any attempt to avoid the game's objective will not result in a screamer, and touching the walls will not redirect the user to the title screen. The screamer will stay on the screen until the user exits out, or right clicking and clicking on '''Rewind''' to replay.

It has a similar gameplay to the original in which the player must maneuver the maze without touching the walls, as in any other maze game. Because of the smaller hit boxes, the game is easier to play. The game has no options at the start, only a play button to begin the main game, The game has four levels, the last of which includes a screamer: a flashing negative image of a What's Wrong? face appears along with a short looped scream, and the game stays in this section indefinitely until the player closes the game. Attempting to cheat to achieve the goal will not result in a scream, and touching the black area will not return the player to the title screen.
