Upon entering the site, an alert message that read "What The Hell !!!" appeared right before the website opened numerous fullscreen pop-up windows containing a randomly selected list of screamer images accompanied by a loud screaming sound effect<ref>The sound file was called scream5.mp3 and was set to loop indefinitely.</ref> would play with each new window opened, causing the screams to overlap and intensify in volume. There is a malicious script that tries to open numerous pop-ups (that presents the same content) to prevent the user from closing, followed by another script that full-screens the browser entirely as soon as the images appear. These pop-ups may cause the CPU to reach 100%. The script only works on Internet Explorer. If the user uses a non-IE browser, only 1 pop-up will appear upon entering.
If the user attempted to navigate away from the website or close any of the pop-up windows, the page would use the onunload<ref>Occurs when the user navigates away from the page, such as by clicking a link or closing the browser window.</ref> event to spawn even more windows. The page's source code was obfuscated, making it difficult to determine that it is a screamer. This may indicate that it was developed by the same creator, or that it is referencing kkzkk.com.
