'''Black or White''' is a platformer-style game created with the program [[Scratch]] by user RyanBenLee on May 1, 2010.

The game is a platformer-style game that includes a black ball with a face that turns white if the spacebar is pressed, the player controls the ball with arrow keys. If there is a black pattern in the background, the player has to turn white to go through the black patterns, if the player touches the black patterns while being black, a background with the word "OW! :I" shows up, and then restarts the level.

Black or White is a platformer-style game created with the program Scratch by user RyanBenLee on May 1, 2010.

Gameplay

The gameplay involves the player who must avoid touching the pattern that matches their color. Simple as it is.

The game features a ball with a face that can be controlled by the player using arrow keys. The game's mechanic involves the ball changing color between black and white via the use of the spacebar. The player must navigate through a background of black patterns, but they must avoid the patterns that match their current color. For example, if the ball is black, the player must avoid black patterns. If the player accidentally touches a pattern that corresponds to their current color, a background with the text "OW! :I" appears, and the level restarts from the beginning. The game features the song Black or White by Michael Jackson playing in the background during gameplay.

Upon completing the game, an image of a spiral appears, followed by a picture of Michael Jackson as a werewolf from his "Thriller" music video popping up on the screen briefly with a loud scream. A text reading "lol! gotta" then appears at the end of the game. The game possibly pokes fun at the late Michael Jackson, whose skin had changed from the skin disorder vitiligo, turning it white.
