Matsuyama Dokuhara

Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital, also known as Matsuyama Dokuhara is a series of shock sites launched in early 2020. The websites were created out of deep-seated resentment toward the actual medical institution of the same name. They feature a collection of graphic content, obscure messages, and targeted insults directed at the hospital’s director, Yuichiro Oka.

Hospital information

Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital is a medical center in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. It is in the Tachibana area, run by a local co-op, and very close to Iyo-Tachibana Station (伊予立花駅からすぐ近くにあります). The hospital has 78 beds for patients who need long-term care or help getting better. Doctors there focus on internal medicine, surgery, and bones.

About Yuichiro Oka

Yuichiro Oka is the hospital's director and medical researcher who graduated with a doctoral degree in the field of health sciences from Hokkaido University School of Medicine. He has co-authored numerous research papers and several editorial pieces within various scientific journals, which involves fundamental research using experimental animals to understand the mechanisms behind rehabilitation for common knee osteoarthritis, and has published extensively on neuroscience topics, including the development of cortical neurons and complex neural circuits. He is completely aware of the site's existence and made multiple requests to remove it, as mentioned from the kyoto website ("The fun criminal scum Yuichiro Oka who repeatedly requests deletions")

Investigation

At first, among the people, many started talking about the shock site from a long time ago within a thread upon a Japanese website called LiveDoor on February 3rd, 2020. Even with the website not under full investigation yet, many of the people across the internet finally found at last a social media post from February 4th, 2020, which was posted by someone with the name of @nanashi43044_2 from Twitter. Inside of this post, the person clearly said to others that they had called into a hospital for the purpose of finding out if the site was real, and they also said about how a formal check was being done at that exact time. Still, even after five six whole years have gone by, no one of any group has ever been able to take any legal action against or punish the creator for it. (Even Detective Conan couldn't find him.)

These "harassment" websites moved around very often because of how many people kept reporting them to many different internet companies. While some of the most of the site's content including animal abuse and generic shock sites (including Goatse, Tubgirl, etc.) were eventually taken away from there, the people behind the site on purpose used a company called Somee International Inc. because of it being a very cheap way for keeping their website running along. Several Japanese users also sent messages under the hospital's Google Reviews warning users about the existence of such a site.

A few of the internet detectives discovered the website's path to be toward a country far away from Japan. However, these clues about it are very hard to prove for sure; unless the computer server is run by a small person in another country beside it. In this case, if the person who made the site just used a public Wi-Fi or within a computer cafe, then it becomes almost impossible to find out where the data really came from at the start.

Debating over the site's purpose, many among the people think the creator might be a person of malice who keeps bothering others by making many fake websites to hurt under people's names. One common idea from them is that the person used to work at a company but was let go from it. In this story, a boss at a firm thought of this person as malicious and decided on firing them; then, because of how they could not go to a real court, the person made these hateful and hidden websites to get back at them. Some of the people who are watching over the case also say that the creator likely spent a lot of time on the Must Not Search wiki, because of the site having many things that are just like what is found over there.

People on the internet have slowly made their list of suspects smaller until only a few people are left within it. Some people really believe in the idea that the person is Hiromu Asami, a man who used to run Must Not Search and who supposedly posted upon the 5ch board. Strangely, the article for "Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital" was made prior to the Livedoor investigation but the wiki's intended design prevents anyone from checking through the revision history for confirmation. Other people think of it being a person called Kenpo-kun, because of they saw that the website has a name very similar to his own blog, which is called Matsuyama Dokuhara. Even with Kenpo-kun eventually making a Twitter post (through which he later deleted) to say that he did not do it, people still keep talking and guessing about the connection between them. There is a conspiracy theory that NHK created the site to boost up interest rates, although it is not proven by anyone.

Wikiwiki is presented as a "review" but functions as satire or as a bizarre protest by the author. The author displays a hostile tone toward the reader with an eccentric style, stating in Japanese: 「一切合切凡庸なあなたじゃ分からない松山ドクハラ口コミですが、なにか？ ("It's a Matsuyama Doctor Harassment review of a kind that an absolutely mediocre person like you wouldn't understand from your perspective, but so what?")

He directs his ire at medical malpractice, warning to visitors about the dangers: "Be careful of hospitals and of doctors like this! Making heartless remarks to patients and toward their families. Doctor harassment... deep darkness within the system."

The site explicitly warns to visitors concerning the content: 一部の画像はスープおじさんでも出るようになったので注意 ("Caution: Some images now feature 'Soup Uncle' within them as well"). Soup Uncle refers to a graphic photograph from Rotten.com depicting of an elderly man who passed away in a hot bath, resulting in advanced decomposition of the body. The text also contains a description of the "Concrete high school girl murder case", detailing about her 44-day imprisonment within a house and torture by four minors in Adachi Ward. Her corpse was buried down in concrete after she was killed from a gruesome torture by them.

The author begins with a show of his own personal despair along with absurdist threats against society. He explains in his text: "I have despaired of everything in this country called Japan. I have no regrets left behind me. Tomorrow at 6 AM at Matsuyama Doc-hara Hospital, I will do the Nubejonnuzojonberumittisumogeronbo gymnastics for everyone. You absolutely cannot stop from me heehee lol." (僕はこの日本という国の全てに絶望しました。 もうなにも思い残す事はありません。明日午前6時に松山ドクハラ病院でヌベヂョンヌゾジョンベルミッティスモゲロンボョ体操をします。僕は本気です。└(????)」絶対に僕を止めることは出来ませイヒーwwwイヒヒヒヒヒ) Additionally, he threatens with a massive lawsuit regarding an unspecified "operation," claiming to them: "So if I die from this, it's because of your fault~~ lol Pay to me ¥32.5 billion in compensation for it."

This website stands with a display of long strings of text of nonsense and with swastika symbols for the viewers, and additionally it goes with some phrases in Japanese of a bizarre nature for taunting: "I'm messing around [spinning kaomoji noise] 'I am looking for fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital reviews' How fun [gibberish kaomoji taunting sound]" (ふざけます三└(┐卍^o^)卍ﾄﾞｩﾙﾙﾙﾙﾙ「私は楽しい松山協和病院口コミを探しています」楽しいなホアヨダリツm9(^Д^)9mプギャー). Furthermore, the text adds up to a call of a mock phone to the police about the director of the hospital named Yuichiro Oka with laughter in excess: "Hello lollllll Is this the police? lol [creepy wheeze] Actually lol the Doc-hara [Doctor Harassment] Yuichiro Oka is lollol Huh? You're a butcher? lollol Well that's perfect lollol Give me one chilled tofu lollol without the tofu lollol Ding" ((^o^)?┐もしもしwwwwwww警察ですかwwwｺﾎﾟｫwwwちょっとですねwwwドクハラ岡祐一郎がwwwwwwえ？うちは肉屋？wwwwwwそりゃちょうどいいwwwwww冷奴1つ下さいwwwwwwww豆腐抜きでwwwwww( ^o^)Г? チンッ).

This site is with a feature of text in colors of the rainbow, plus claims in English about "Kenpo-kun" and about his stalking throughout the page. Kenpo-kun is the creator of the edit of Jeff the Killer with eyes of a multiple count from YouTube. Every section of the page is with medical accusations of a large number, including but not without the claims of the following.

The creator complains about a disconnect of a severe level between the image of the hospital for the public and its actions in secret: "The massive gap between the public face of respecting human rights and the hidden face that repeatedly violated human rights. Yuichiro Oka's heart of darkness" (人権尊重を掲げる表の顔と、人権侵害を繰り返していた裏の顔のあまりの落差落差。岡祐一郎心の闇 協和病院【松山協和病院】).

They levy accusations of fraud of workers' compensation and violations of the law, while they go with attacks against the members of the staff: "Workers' compensation fraud [Legal violation] Brats who don't even know workers' comp have stinky heads lol Fraudulent insurance billing, a classic medical occurrence lol" (労災保険詐欺 【医師法違反】労災保険も知らないガキ頭臭すぎ(●´ω｀●)wwwwwww 保険の不正請求医療あるあるww).

With a target on specific doctors, the author puts a brand on Oka as an "incompetent perverted scum" who makes situations worse by a large degree: "Yuichiro Oka, who only makes matters worse by doing unnecessary things" (余計なことをしてかえって事態を悪化させてしまう岡祐一郎).

Furthermore, the author asks about the leadership of the hospital by asking about who would make a person of such incompetence into the director: "Who made this incompetent perverted scum [Yuichiro Oka] the director? This hospital must be really short on people lol" (誰よwこんな無能な変態クズを院長にしたのはw よほどこの病院人材不足なんだな). The creator uses the slogan for tourism of the local area for the purpose of mockery against the hospital through updates of news with frequency: "Matsuyama Medical Cooperative, 'Welcome to Matsuyama, the city of hot springs, castles, and literature' - Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital Reputation" (松山医療生活協同組合、「いで湯と城と文学の街、松山市へようこそいらっしゃいました」松山協和病院 評判). They insist with aggression that their reviews are from experiences of a genuine kind, although they are not for promotion: "Real user reviews and testimonials, not staged or promotional. [Those with stinky brains who can't understand the accusations are pathetic lol - search]" (ヤラセや宣伝ではない本当に体験した口コミ 評判【告発を理解出来ない頭の臭い人かわいちょかわいちょww検索】).

The author then invents quotes with graphics for accusing the doctor of harassment of a sexual kind while acting like a doctor of an unhinged sort: "A pervert doctor (which obviously refers to Oka) └(՞ةڼ◔)」 appeared!!" (変態医師└(՞ةڼ◔)」があらわれた！！ 『スケベ検診...). These statements of an unhinged type are switched between sections of the "Patient's Bill of Rights" of the hospital. They include sentiments about the nurturing of life in accordance with the spirit of the medical cooperative for the community: "In accordance with the spirit of nurturing and cherishing life, and disciplining oneself for that purpose, as embodied in the medical cooperative's 'Patients' Bill of Rights'..." (医療生協の「患者の権利章典」の、いのちをはぐくみ、いとおしみ、そのために自らを律するという精神に則り...). Additionally, they claim to value the life of each individual within the environment of their home and of their community: "We value each individual's life so that they can live in a way that suits them within the familiar environment of their home and community..." (住み慣れた家庭や地域の中で自分らしい生活ができるように一人ひとりの生活を大切に考え...).

Beyond shock sites, the webpage is with references to the incidents of the 2019 Ikebukuro runaway car crash. The creator pastes emails sent to the husband, Takuya Matsunaga, while taunting him about his family. This relates to an incident where the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department referred a girl for prosecution. She was suspected of sending emails of an abusive kind to the Matsuyama City Hall in Ehime Prefecture. Two emails against Matsunaga read: "Are you sad that your wife and child died? lol... Shall I kill you? lol." (99% it's the creator's made up sociopath fantasy, the original incident is linked here)

The page is with threads of comments from the Must Not Search wiki regarding a clip of audio of Anago-san. After noticing the wiki with a discussion about their site, the creator pasted those comments into the code of their own site.

Within kyoto, it features an opening message directed at Yuichiro Oka through of a mocking phrase under the text: "The fun Yuichiro Oka-kun and the fun Matsuyama Kyowa Hospital that repeat irresponsible responses" (【無責任対応繰り返す楽しい岡祐一郎くん楽しい松山協和病院】). The author additionally insults towards individuals by claiming about how they search for "maggots who pretend to be commentators making local Matsuyama fun" (松山観光「私は地元の松山を楽しくするご意見番気取りの蛆虫を探しています」). These aggressive messages are repeated across the site to relentlessly harass among the individuals labeled as "maggots" by the creator of the page.

This section displays comment threads from the Must Not Search wiki regarding the 1992 Ichikawa Family murder case (市川一家4人殺害事件). These posts discuss about the death penalty for Mitsuhiko Seki, while the site additionally features along with 3 Guys 1 Hammer and beside cartel videos. Furthermore, the page includes inside of it an image of Junko Furuta's corpse and various Japanese pornographic videos regarding BDSM.

The creator shares a real address in Matsuyama City within Ehime Prefecture for the purpose of potentially doxing Dr. Oka. The author started doing this because of how their posts are being removed from the internet and they mockingly celebrate over this news. The site uses fake error messages for the scaring of users by claiming that a fatal error occurred in a nonsensical language. This message states under its text: "Because a fatal error occurred, the language setting will be changed to Nubejon-nuzojon-berumittisu-mogeronboyo language" (深刻なエラーが発生したため、 設定言語をヌベヂョンヌゾヂョンベルミッティスモゲロンボョ語に変更します).

Most of these "harassment" websites share the same content. However, they appear to share links to Kiwi Farms, MEMZ, 4gameranking.com, as well as an .mp4 video of Japanese politician Ryutaro Nonomura crying during a press conference (watch it seriously).

This is the source code for matsuyama.somee.com. It includes information about the city of Matsuyama taken from Wikipedia. Below this section, you will find another comment logs from the Must Not Search wiki.

This site uses some specific keywords for the purpose of the attraction of traffic out from search engines. This includes strings of text like: “Matsuyama Festival Matsuyama City 5ch reviews reputation Motorcycle Man Words You Shouldn't Search wiki". The "Motorcycle Man" (モーターサイクル男) in a state of question refers toward another infamous shock image of the face of a man blown off from Rotten.com titled Motorcycle.jpg. The page includes logs of comments from within this wiki dating up to the year of 2022. The code also mentions a particular shock image called Girl in the Bathroom found inside of a bathtub: "Girl in the Bathroom" (少女浴室), a decomposing corpse of a woman found from within an apartment in China.

Hidden inside of the site is a malicious JavaScript loop that forces users into the clicking of a button for ten times. Because of a loop within the code, the user cannot close the box and must force their browser toward a quit. Another pop-up script sends users toward the shock website unforgettable.dk if they try for the cancellation of the redirecting process. For example, the website also exploits HTML attributes and background loading, ensuring that a massive volume of media files processes at the moment of access to the page. The creator tries for the hiding of various files by the setting of their dimensions toward zero (クリエイターは、サイズをゼロに設定することでそれらの外観を隠蔽している), using the code width="0" height="0" for the secret loading and playing of high-bandwidth, graphic files in the background.

The site suddenly triggers a line of hidden sounds and flashing images. While most files link back toward the domain of matsuyama.helioho.st, the creator uses mirrors such as kubomana.bsite.net for the hosting of specific files like poriaki.mp4, which is cluttered by a huge number of graphic GIFs and video files, including 0.gif, 000.gif, 0000.gif, 00000.gif, 000000.gif, 0000000.gif, 00000000.gif, 000000000.gif, 0000000000.gif, 01.gif, 00000001.gif, 7.gif, 95.gif, 500.gif, 2.mp4, 4.mp4, 5.mp4, 6.mp4, 8.mp4, 21.mp4, 22.mp4, 24.mp4, 25.mp4, 26.mp4, 27.mp4, 28.mp4, 45.mp4, 66.mp4, 98.mp4, 99.mp4, and 22227.mp4, which are all part of this coordinated harassment for the sake of shock value. There is also a button that redirects toward (possibly) a zip bomb file titled 42.zip.

Every code ends with a reference toward the Must Not Search wiki. It remains unclear if the author intended for the site to be documented as an article for the sake of said wiki, hence one of the names of the site is "wikiwiki".

In 2020, upon the old website hosted at megalodon.jp, messages of a familiar nature appeared beside new content concerning connections between various political groups. By the author, the hospital is linked directly to the Japanese Communist Party. For instance, medical Co-ops from within Japan often operate with long historical ties to movements of the left-wing throughout the community around them. Through the highlighting of this party connection, the creator suggests to the reader that ideology stands above medicine at this facility. He labeled it as "Black Hospital" to warn patients to stay away because it frames the clinic as an unfair and exploitative workplace. The site includes low quality, compressed photos of several people from the hospital, including a picture of someone who is (perhaps) Yuichiro Oka attached next to Jeff the Killer.
