Untitled.exe is a screamer game created using Scratch by a user named Certast on June 10, 2017.

The game features a yellow character named Certast standing on a peaceful hill in a simplistic game environment. Although Certast is interactive, the player is warned not to click on it. Certast greets the player with "Hello!" after which the warning message is replaced with "He came," a reference to the creepypasta "Zalgo" The game takes a dark turn, and the world turns into a dark version of itself, with Certast disappearing off-screen. The game stays on the white screen for a while until Certast's face appears on the screen, jump-scaring the player.

After this point, the player can continue by pressing the "Quit" button displayed in the top right corner. Upon clicking the button, the game resumes with Certast asking, "What's happening?" There is a box that the player can type in to respond to Certast. Certast can only respond to certain prompts. If the player responds with "Nothing," Certast will say "ohh..., Have a nice day." If the player types in "you are evil," Certast becomes sad and asks, "What do you mean?" If the player types in "You are So cute, that's the thing I mean," Certast will respond with "ok?" and "Have a nice day." The game ends at this point.
