Level 3 contains drawn text saying: "''Goo goo gaa gaa''"; touching the letters will kill the player. Finally, level 4 is mostly empty; text asking "Where's the baby?" is seen in the background. At the middle of the level, a picture of a crying baby with no eyes pops up along with the same scream from [[Sonic.exe]].
