There are currently three known versions of the video, each having varying differences between the others. This version of the video (which was supposedly made in June 2011) begins with a disclaimer reading "WARNING: Extreme Enema Expulsions" before presenting a challenge to the viewer. The challenge describes watching the whole video without moving a muscle and recording the results. There is then a scrolling text that says "5 seconds" before fading into the video. The actual footage (presumed to have been filmed around 2008) starts with a shot of a man crying/laughing while lying down in a bathtub while masturbating with feces all over him. The bathtub has several sex toys lying on it. The man then coughs up some feces and brings his hands behind his head.
 
The video then cuts to footage of the man wearing goggles over a metal mask consuming watery feces and diarrhea coming out from the woman's anus. The woman is sitting on a stool with a hole in the middle. Someone off-screen (possibly camera man) said this scene is "beautiful" and describe it as "big huge streams of fudge". The woman calls the man a "pig" and tells him that people envy his place and that she wants to see him eat all of it. The man eating the feces appears to be very mentally unwell or drunk, as he grunts, laughs, and yells while eating the feces. There are a few points where the man flinches and appears to say "muddy." Most of the footage is repeated and slowed down several times for dramatic effect.
 
The video then cuts to the man sitting up in the bathtub with the metal mask on his face. He rubs feces all over his body while complaining about how "disgusting" it is and grunting while calling himself a "piggy." The video cuts back to the man laying down while he gargles the woman's urine and drinks it in the bathtub, then continues to eat more of his feces. The lighting is noticeably poor and the bathtub is cleaner, suggesting that this portion of the video is supposed to be the beginning of the video.
 
At one point, the man stands up, picks up some feces, and shows it to the camera while smiling and yelling "Yeah baby!" He then shoves the feces in his anus and poops it out while loudly grunting. The video cuts back to the man lying in the bathtub again while the woman spews out pure liquid diarrhea. This footage is repeated and slowed down, like a lot of the other footage. The final shot shows the man with the goggles on, eating more feces again before finally fading to the end scene.
 
The video ends with a Windows Movie Maker text asking if the viewer has "completed the challenge" as the creepy sound effect-like music fades away with a still shot of feces near the bathtub drain. It then shows in the credits that the "music"(actually disturbing noise) was created by "Brain Music".

The video starts with a slideshow intro which presumably implies to be edited together what is about to come as a challenge, with Windows Movie Maker, shortly after the text scrolling up on the screen stating "5 seconds" warning the user.  
It is not clear who the people are in the video, or where the video came from. There has been debate and search all over to find the people involved in the video.


Then it shows a bunch of random footage (which refer to be recorded around 2008 or 2007), it contains extended scatological footage, which only involves a man, and a Transgender man doing a series of disgusting acts involving body fluids in a bathroom with sex toys in it, followed by a creepy slowed sound of effects of boinging and wind play in the background, it first started out with the man crying in a bathtub while masturbating with feces all over him and wearing a royal masquerade mask on, and even throwing one of them up.  
One rumor is that the actor is a man named "Pat Guzzler" or "Patrick Guzzler" who is retired and lives in Palm Springs, California. This is due to his Gayscatvids.com profile containing the clip as well as other pornographic videos he starred in.  


The rest of the footages in this video are of him close up, and looking up drinking and eating all the watery feces and diarrhea coming out from the Transgender man's anus with his mouth open and him sitting on top of him on a stool with a hole in the middle and over his mouth in the same bathtub with swimming goggles, and each and every one of the little footages of it all has different lighting.  
The video has caused extensive discussion online due to its mysterious and vaguely sinister nature, to the point where an entire subreddit was created to investigating the truth of the video.<ref>reddit.com/r/ChompDoNotWatchOrigin</ref>


The whole entire time it is happening, he talks about how much of a "pig" he is, how people envy his place, and that he wants to see him eat all of it. He appears to be very disgusted by diarrhea and feces, he even flinches most of the time as he struggles to eat it all, and it also appears he is wearing a metal collar, indicating that he is being handcuffed to the bathtub.

He also rubs it all over his body and talks about how disgusting it is while giggling and grunting, and then he does the same thing as before, but this time he also gargles the Transgender man's urine and drinks it in the bathtub, and then continues to eat more of his feces, and he even at one point stands up and puts some of it in his anus and poops it back out saying and grunting, ''"I'm having a baby!"'' It then shows the aftermath of all of the events of the bathtub in the form of a static image with a Windows Movie Maker sliding text asking the viewer if they have completed the challenge as the creepy sound effect-like music fades away.
