Cute kitten pictures (with a TWIST) was a long screamer video made by user Mirnesa Hadzic on January 23, 2021. The video has been removed from YouTube for violating their Terms of Service.

The video, sticking true to its title, was a small montage of images of cats and kittens (except the final one, which was one of the images of the rabbit and the deer from Offended). At 15 seconds, a montage of screamer faces and graphic content images appears while Muhammad by Sami Yusuf plays. They include:

• Pazuzu.
• A close-up image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist.
• The demon child from Dead Birds.
• Pennywise.
• The Fatal Frame ghost.
• Ahenobarbus Henocied.
• Jeff the Killer.
• Smile Dog.
• The K-fee zombie and gargoyle.
• Katie Embry.
• The demonic girl from Little Dancing Girl.
• Amy Peterson from Fright Night.
• Jim Root.
• The What's Wrong face.
• The Sajjad Ali banshee.
• Creepy Bloom (which is actually an Apple Bloom fanart by the artist Kloudmutt).

• A close-up from the video Man Has Terrible Jump Off Ledge.

• A man lying on a sidewalk with his head crushed by a truck.
• The thumbnails of Dane Boe's Scarier Faces and Scariest Faces videos.
• A harlequin fetus.

• Zombie Girl.
• Arthur.exe.
• The Jingle Bells Reversed screamer.
• The Car Hit by Train screamer.
• Bloody Mary.
• The Super Mario Bros. screamer.
• A screenshot of Dr. Judith Kutter with knives on her face from Basket Case.
• Two images of Pinkie Pie, colored red with black dripping eyes and the Smile Dog grin.
• A zombie with blood on his mouth.
• Crazy Ghost.
• The ВИD of Doom mask.
• The Rightxd girl.
• A baby with pale skin, black eyes, and sharp teeth from an image titled Oh My by _mittens.
• The demon face from Try Not to Get Scared.
• A black-and-white boy with black eyes, white irises, and the Smile Dog grin.
• The SCP-450 screamer flurry.
• A zombie woman looking down on you with black eyes and long black hair.
• A zombie with its head in a metal holder.
• A bearded man (who resembles Leonidas from 300) with long hair, shadowy eyes, a screaming face, and a black suit.
• The face from the MARIO ROM hack creepypasta.
• The Autoway Tires Commercial ghost.
• The Proof of Michael Jackson's Ghost screamer.
• Mary Shaw.
• Eva Galli.
• Five images of Pinkie Pie colored red with black dripping eyes, red irises, and a smiling mouth.
• The Finder Lurker's K-fee Parodies screamers.
• Short clips of the zombie and gargoyle from the K-fee commercials.

The entire montage lasts for several minutes, and finally, by the “AIN’T THAT SOMETHING?” text from Subliminal Messages In Linkin Park's 'One Step Closer' pops up and slowly zooms out. In August 2021, this video was taken down due to a community guidelines strike.

•
  First image in the slideshow.
•
The second image shows an alert kitten.
•
The third image in the video is a decently suspicious-looking cat. This image was taken from Offended as well as the fifth image.
•
The fourth image in the video, this time depicting a rather large number of cats, is seemingly taken from Google Images.
•
  Wait, that's not a kitten.
