Mei's staring contest is a screamer project created by TopyHet and was made using Scratch.
The game introduces a character named Mei, depicted as a red-shirt girl with brown hair styled in two ponytails and wearing a pot on her head. The player is invited to a staring contest with Mei, presented with two choices: "Ok!" and "No." The "No" will result in a response saying, "that is not an option!"
Choosing "Ok!" will begin the challenge, accompanied by music from the Jeopardy! theme. After 15 seconds into the challenge, Mei transforms into a frightening version of herself, appearing in gray clothing with pale skin and hair, and emits an extremely loud screech to scare the player. Her own dialogue concludes with the text saying "You got scared didn't you X3" and "if you liked playing this, please put it in favorites."
