The project starts out by showing a picture of a Fangorn Forest, originally painted by Ted Nasmith, there is a note which is displayed at the top, tells the player to find 5 errors behind this pic, therefore, there will be no errors in this picture, regardless of what errors you're trying to find, will be nothing, after a few seconds, the note subsequently vanishes, and a [[screamer]] occurs after it happened, which shows a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]], together with a loud scream, the game freezes, it can be restarted again by pressing a red circle at the top.

Find 5 Things Wrong! is a screamer project that was uploaded on Scratch on May 8th, 2008 by a user named joelndhs. The project is based on What's Wrong.

The animation asks the player to find five errors on an image of a Fangorn Forest by Ted Nasmith; however, there are no errors, and after a brief moment, a picture of Regan MacNeil appears without a scream. The animation stays on the image until the game restarts.
