The player decides to continue anyway and selects "BEGIN".

The Magikoopa becomes a distorted Luigi head with an open jaw, slowly approaching the screen. When it catches up, the video cuts to two eyes with a loud screech.

Just like [[Last Measure]], the site's main page displayed a series of disturbing images and an audio clip of a man shouting, "HEY EVERYBODY, I'M LOOKING AT GAY PORNO!". Nimp.org utilized [[malicious|browser exploits]] to bypass pop-up blockers and generate multiple windows containing shocking images, which would move around the viewer's screen. The website was also known for its ability to replicate itself when users attempted to close their browser, making it difficult to escape. However, it could be closed using Task Manager. Nimp.org also uses the script from Offiz (also known as "You Are An Idiot"), which caused the pop-ups to bounce around the screen, making it harder to close them.
The quiz completes by measuring the player's heart rate (who is probably dead after the final question). It produces a diagnosis, referring to the player as "it" and states it "thinks it is better than other people", convines "itself of its own innocence", yet "knows it is not innocent".
The game ends with the question "'''Are you happy living like this?'''".
Nimp.org was unique in its deceptive nature. Users could be tricked into accessing Last Measure by adding any keyword before the ".on.nimp.org" part of the URL, such as "screamer.on.nimp.org".
