Magical Doctor is a screamer project that was created on Scratch by an unknown user uploaded on November 20th, 2025.
The thumbnail of the project shows a fanart of the twisted versions of the main characters from Dandy's World with red text saying "Hahahahahaha".
When this project begins, the default Scratch preview screen accompanied by the innocent song at the beginning of music from Magical Doctor by MARETU. After the song plays over, the music stops playing, and a screenshot of the gory scene of a dead girl with a half-burned body taken from the 1983 anime film Barefoot Gen pops up accompanied by the same scream from the Liquid Generation games. After the screamer, the fanart image from the thumbnail shows up accompanied by a male laughing sound at the end of the project.
Second version/Magical Doctor 2: When the project starts,the same relaxing scene drawing of the project named What A Nice Day For Her :) by Scratcher Ryanthesceamerfan70 (the creator of Her dreams and Give lily some candy!) accompanied by the same song at the beginning of the same name song by same Vocaloid producer. After the song plays over,the music stops playing and the screenshot of horrifying low quality scene of the incinerated guy with red skin,eyeballs popping out,open wide mouth and few teeth fall out taken from same movie at the first version accompanied by the same loud scream from Liquid Generation.After the screamer,the same fanart image from the thumbnail of the first version with add red text saying “You’ve got Sabotage!!!” Accompanied by the same male laughing at the first version.Then,the same Liquid Generation sabotage jingle sound at the end of the project.
