hitomiharassment was a shock site made sometime in 2024. The site has moved across different domains such as .site, .xyz, and .online. It was later taken completely offline in either 2024 or 2025, and it is unknown if the site is currently hosted on another domain.
Similar to kekma.net, the webpage features an image with text that reads "Hitomi Harassment" and "click enter" underneath it. However, clicking on the image results in the page transitioning to a montage of graphic and pornographic images, all of which are flashing in normal and inverted colors. Electronic music plays in the background, and the text "ひとみハラスメント。虐待を許しません" (which translates to: "Hitomi Harassment. We do not tolerate abuse"), along with a bunch of cat emojis, also appears at the top of the page. A few seconds later, the page begins to slow down due to an infinite JavaScript loop being run in the source code.

The source code on hitomiharassment is from one of Last Measure variants. This snippet includes the names of Goatse Security and GNAA members:

The original Neocities page for hitomiharassment tukineko.neocities.org also redirects to Last Measure just without the button.

It has been confirmed hitomiharassment was not made by the creator of Matsuyama Dokuhara.
