Upon opening, the website would display a flashing, grayscale picture of the face from [[What's Wrong With This Picture?|What's Wrong?]] accompanied by an extremely loud and echoing scream. Additionally, the page utilized JavaScript 1.2 code to make the window rapidly move around the screen, making it harder to close. When attempting to exit the page, a blank message box with a question mark would appear and couldn't be closed.

Scoped.lima-city.de was a screamer webpage created by Zeroxeon in 2015. As of 2016, the website has been immediately closed.

Upon opening, the website would display a flashing, grayscale picture of the face from What's Wrong? accompanied by an extremely loud and echoing scream. Additionally, the page utilized JavaScript 1.2 code to make the window rapidly move around the screen, making it harder to close. When attempting to exit the page, a blank message box with a question mark would appear and couldn't be closed.

The webpage's source code was also obfuscated, making it hard to understand. However, these scripts would only work on Internet Explorer, and users may have needed to click "Show all content" for the screamer to load correctly. Following an update, a script was added to prevent the site from being minimized. The concept of this script also inspired another website named SuperAnimeWorld.000webhostapp.com.
