The game challenges the player to defuse a bomb with a timer counting down from 20 to 0. However, the game is designed in a way that there is no way to actually defuse the bomb. As the timer reaches 7, the game suddenly changes to a pitch-black screen, revealing an image of Sarah from the horror film Exorcist: The Beginning along with a loud scream.
