IM_HAPPY.gif is a fictitious animated image that was first mentioned in the creepypasta The .GIF, made in 2011 by user Multiverseman.
Like in the creepypasta, the GIF depicts a yellow circle with a gray mouth and eyes, smiling towards the viewer (hence the name). The animation then fades to the same face, now angry with poorly-drawn eyebrows. This causes the screen to flicker images of Regan MacNeil, Sam (Ugliest Dog) and a harlequin fetus, accompanied by a loud scream, and after the scream ended, it goes over and over again with the screamer imagery.
