Lime Rave was a shock site hosted by an unknown person using the FreeWebs platform in 2005. The image itself has been allegedly been hosted on several different websites, although those specific sites are currently unknown and have not been identified.
The site supposedly displayed a picture of a man with an enlarged penis, and executed a script that shook the web browser's window upon loading the page.
The original image was hosted on a FreeWebs page which was registered by an unidentified creator and launched sometime in 2005. The page remained active for approximately a year before it was taken down by FreeWebs due to pornographic content violations in mid-late 2006. Due to the Wayback Machine only archiving the HTML portion of the website, the image has not been archived and is currently considered lost to time. It is unknown if there are any active mirrors of the website or webpages where the image can be located.
