Swap.avi (originally titled "Scat Swapping School Swallow") was a shock video directed by Marco Antônio Fiorito and production company MFX Media.
Content
It begins with a school teacher instructing her three Brazilian girl students in the lessons for the day. As she bends over, they notice her missing pants. Then the three girls began to lick her anus for what they assumed was the intention of making her defecate. She does, and the three girls begin to lick it, eat it, smear it all over themselves, and then even pass it back and forth between them. Later, the four girls all defecate, play with the feces, and they also vomit in the end. The video was cut out into eight pictures as a preview; however, the full one-hour movie was later uploaded to several porn site include a site called “Erome”.
Origin
Whang! uploaded a YouTube video about Swap.avi, in which he details its origins, the history leading up to its production, and the context of its release. It was commonly believed that Swap.avi first originated on the forums of Something Awful. According to Whang's breakdown, the story began on January 20, 2004, when a user named Metis created a thread titled "New fetish scat swapping Menace." In the post, Metis casually mentioned that while browsing a fetish website called statenrazil.com, he discovered they offered a custom video service. Users could allegedly choose their own actors, submit a custom script, and have a video produced to their exact specifications within a 10-day turnaround.[1][2][3]
Production
Metis emailed the production company with an exceptionally detailed, highly specific, and bizarrely business-like script request. The scenario outlined that a woman's anus be heavily penetrated (via fingering, tonguing, and fisting) to loosen it up, after which a third woman would hold the anus open while a second woman (aka the "scat giver") defecated directly into it. Following this, the woman whose anus was filled would expel the waste, and everyone involved would consume it. The email also requested that, if possible, the participants vomit into each other's mouths or into the open anus so that the vomit could likewise be expelled and ingested.[1]
The script transformed the setting into a bizarre kindergarten complete with oversized toys, where a teacher simply dropping a piece of chalk eventually led to scat-swapping acts. Forum users suggested writing classic Something Awful inside jokes such as forum catchphrases across the classroom chalkboard in handwriting so ridiculously tiny that no actual learning will took place. Finally, a note from Metis demanded that all actresses refer to each other as 'Mommy' throughout the entire ordeal.[1]
"Comedy gold"
Based on the above text, the forum dismissed Metis's unbelievable claims as a "troll." He was told to photograph himself with feces smeared across his chest, spelling out "comedy gold" to prove he was serious. To everyone's surprise, Metis actually did it. Users not only confirmed his authenticity, they labeled him a "sick fuck."[1]
Crowdfunding
Shortly after, the production company bizarrely responded, claiming that reading the script had made their actresses "very horny." They quoted a price of $350 for two girls, plus $150 for each additional actress, totaling $650 (R$ 3,264.95 in Brazilian money). He offered up his personal belongings including a PlayStation 2, copies of Silent Hill 2 nd 3, a Tool and KMFDM albums, and DVDs like The Matrix and Mission Impossible 2 while promising to put donors' names in the credits. To his surprise, the community quickly surpassed the financial goal. In response, the production company promised delivery in 10 days, but weeks passed with nothing to show for it. Users began to suspect whether Metis had been scammed or if he was running a scam himself. He sealed his fate by trying to dox the specific moderator who had locked his original thread, and he was permanently banned from the forum.[1]
The Onion
It was until on March 31, when a user claimed to have received twenty preview pictures featuring a chalkboard full of Something Awful references, proving the video actually existed. Finally, on June 26, 2004, a user named "The Onion" uploaded the full video as a torrent file titled "swap.avi." Clocking in at over an hour long, the video opened with cheap gothic/metal guitar music and low-budget CGI animation before cutting straight into a classroom setting. Despite its flaws, the community accepted Swap.avi (originally titled "Scat Swapping School Swallow")[4][5] as the closest possible realization of Metis's vision. Metis himself never responded and was never seen again.[1]
On December 28, 2006, Zack "Geist Editor" Parsons went on to write a thread on Something Awful in which he described Swap.avi, writing: "Imagine if the Holocaust was a 63-minute-long video about pooping. Now imagine your mother drowning in a bathtub full of diarrhea. This is the sexual content of SWAP.avi."[6]
4 Girls 1 Fingerpaint
On December 12, 2007, the original creator of the 2 Girls 1 Cup website launched a dedicated page featuring a shortened, few-minute edit of the video, set to the background music Säkkijärven Polkka.[7]
Trivia
- It is commonly believed that Swap.avi led to the story of 2 Girls 1 Cup.[2] It features two of the performers from the latter's original film Hungry Bitches, credited as Karla and Latifa.
- The chalkboard was inscribed with 'Pak Chooie Unf' at the request of Something Awful users, referencing a phrase coined by forum founder Lowtax during his infamous Space Robot Bonanza prank.[1]
- Other phrases written on the chalkboards include "But did you get head?", "Kill her, then herself", "What? Comedy gold", and "Manbabies."[1]
- When word of the project leaked to the Suicide Girls forums, the community had a codename for it: "The Manhattan Transfer."[1]
- Metis claimed to have an archive file in his collection called pastascat.mpeg. The footage depicted women eating pasta, defecating in the bowl, eating the mixture, and finally exchanging vomit and feces into each other's mouths.[1]
