To my dear her (Chinese: 送给亲爱的她; pinyin: Sòng gěi qīn'ài de tā) was a screamer application developed by an unknown creator. In August 2016, the application spread across Android devices in China. The app pretended to be a social media service for couples.
When the user launched the app, a looping animation of a bleeding woman's face would appear and zoom in, the volume adjust button on the device would be disabled, and an extremely loud scream played on a loop. The application attached itself to the BOOT_COMPLETED event in Android phones so that each time the phone completed the startup process, the application would run.
