The goal is to maintain your eye out on the ball that was initially placed on one of those 3 cups, while being mixed independently. When done, you have to guess which cup the ball in it. The player can choose 4 options on the start menu, and each of them get harder and harder. However, at the last level, after a few seconds of the cups mixing, a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from [[Wikipedia:The Exorcist(film)|The Exorcist]] pops-up along with a loud scream, the same one from [[The Maze]].
