Stress Test was a Flash screamer made by Liquid Generation in 2006. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website in 2016.
It begins with a simple test or survey, if the player answers all of the questions, the game will calculate your answers, after you keep going through, it shows a loading screen, and once it is done, a looping GIF of a man's head exploding from the movie Scanners pops up along with a loud scream, About 4 seconds after, a text will appear on your screen saying "You Have been sabotaged".
