The game first displays the main menu screen containing a picture of a carved Pumpkin smile, a title, and a button, as well as the text, that says that the game is a collection of the creator's favorite Halloween pictures, Upon clicking the button, the player is first shown with drunk pumpkins, one is barfing, the rest of the two pumpkins are dizzy, there are 2 arrows on the left and right side of the screen, which moves on the previous pic or move on to the next picture if the player clicks on the right arrow,
The game features a gallery of Halloween photos, including drunken pumpkins, a pumpkin dressed as a scarecrow with open pants revealing its behind, and a giant pumpkin. The final photo is of Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska. Skipping the last picture leads to a pumpkin vomiting with the caption "Now for the funniest pic." After a while, a [[GIF]] of Sarah Novak appears along with a scream from [[The Maze]].
