The animation shows an optical illusion image with a black and white checkered pattern and with a circle in the middle. In text above the image, the narrator prompts the viewer to focus on the circle for approximately 20 seconds, then to look at a flat surface. However, the image actually persists for 10 seconds, until it suddenly cuts to a picture of an overweight woman exposing her buttocks, accompanied by a fart sound. Later, the text "Didn't I get you? 'Hahaha!" appears. While not containing any scary content, this [[screamer]] can still startle unsuspecting viewers and expose them to unexpected NSFW material, which can be embarrassing to some people.
