Ball Drop E Card was a Liquid Generation Sabotage screamer. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

When the player presses the play button, a countdown begins on a ball that is gradually falling. When the countdown ends, the ball crashes, and glass splashes all over the screen/a man's face, before cutting out to the man with glass in his face along with a series of high pitched screams and "GOD DAMMIT!". The screamer, as we all know, ends with the ninja saying his usual phrase "Click here for more sabotage!" before getting crushed by, this time, the Ball Drop logo. Unlike Liquid Generation's end screens that appear on most screamers, it wishes the user a happy new year.
