The site categorized its content into 11 distinct categories: "Farting", "Shitting", "Penis Pain", "Stupid Stunts", "Offensive Videos", "Gay Motherfuckers", "Funny Porn Pictures", "Amazing People", "Stupid Flash Animations", "Nasty Trick Domains", and "Bunch Of Idiots".

Poopser features the same GIF of the "farting poodle man" originally hosted on Discharges.org, accompanied by the song "Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows" by Lesley Gore.

Cake Farts is a shock video originally hosted on cakefarts.com. The footage begins with a shot of a single-layer chocolate cake before panning to a woman who informs the viewer of her affinity for flatulating on cakes. She subsequently undresses and sits upon the cake, flatulating repeatedly while mashing the confection and frosting against herself.

Other related shock sites featuring similar themes include Pudding Farter, Mr Fartman, Meat Loaf Farts, and Birthday Cake Farts.

Stupid Stunts

Has a Tiny Dick was a website that initially displays the text "Has a tiny dick is a harmless joke." Upon scrolling down, the page reveals a gallery of images featuring micropenises.

Monkeyshower.com, a shock site registered in 2008, which showed a video of an orangutan urinating into its mouth. There was also a picture of a man with a monkey urinating into his mouth. The website closed in 2016.

This category also includes Shit Box (also known as "Congratulations, you got shitboxed!!!"), a bait-and-switch prank similar in execution to Rickrolling.

Penis Pain

Penis Crusher, a GIF of a man stepping on a realistic-looking penis, making semen (or a substance resembling it) come out. Similar to above.

Nut Dancer, a GIF of a person stepping on a (possibly fake) penis, mostly on its testicles, along with music playing.
