Optical Illusions was a flash animation developed by Jeremy Winterrowd in 2006.
The game shows the player some pictures and asks them questions like "How many faces do you see?" At the fourth one however, you can't go on, as the button to the next "illusion" is fake. After a while, a GIF of Sarah from the The Exorcist appears and punches the screen followed by a still image of her.
