ShockSiteList.com was a shock site aggregator established in 2005. The website organised its media into eleven distinct categories, focusing primarily on Flash animations, shock videos, and GIFs.

The website functioned as a directory, either hosting media files directly or serving as a mirror for "disposable" domains that were frequently decommissioned by hosting providers. ShockSiteList.com is community-based, as users could suggest new links or submit content by contacting the administrator via email.

The platform faced increasing pressure from CDNs and hosts; in May 2017, a series of Cloudflare bans targeting shock-content mirrors led to the site's primary domains being taken offline. Consequently, many of the associated shock sites also became inaccessible.

Poopser features the same GIF of the "farting poodle man" originally hosted on Discharges.org, accompanied by the song Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows by Lesley Gore.

Cake Farts was a shock video originally hosted on its namesake website. The footage begins with a shot of a single-layer chocolate cake before panning to a woman who informs the viewer of her affinity for flatulating on cakes. She subsequently undresses and sits upon the confection, flatulating repeatedly while mashing the cake and frosting against herself.
