Of course, the concept of the game is very similar to previous versions; you’re tasked with guiding each character on each level through the maze to the finish line. But watch out! The new animation features may cause you to become distracted, or worse, may cause you to touch one of the animated objects. Doing so will end your game and you will be forced to start all over from level one. Maze Game 7 is a screamer game created and hosted by PlayScaryMazeGame.net as part of their maze game series.
The game stands out from its predecessors due to its unique designs and paths, as well as the addition of various enemies, such as Goomba and others. Like its predecessors, the objective of the game is to navigate through the maze without touching the walls. Cheating is not allowed as the player is prohibited from clicking or dragging to skip levels. The game is advertised to have five levels, including a screamer bonus level. However, there are only four levels in which the player must navigate through the shapes of a star, a mushroom, and a clownfish. The fourth and final level requires the player to control Pac-Man and avoid three ghosts while attempting to reach the goal. As the player approaches the end of the level, a screamer featuring Sarah from The Exorcist appears, accompanied by the same scream used in The Maze. After the screamer, the game asks the player if they enjoyed the bonus level, which is essentially the same message the player receives after being terrified by the scream in other maze games.
