Image Morph E Card was a flash screamer game created by Liquid Generation on June 11th, 2004.
The game shows the main menu with three images depicting Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, or George W. Bush, with the player having the option to distort the image while faint pop music plays. If the player is pleased with their results, they will have the option to click: a large "SEND" button to have their friends see it; if the player clicks on the images, the main gameplay will begin.
When the player clicks on it, however, an image of a doll head pops up and distorts as a loud scream plays, followed by the Liquid Generation emblem and a ninja at the end.
