Despite bearing "Cupcakes" in the title, it has nothing to do with the Creepypasta, let alone be released after it~~. It was first uploaded to the site on February 24, 2011. It is also one of the first My Little Pony based screamers to exist.

The animation opens with Pinkie Pie snacking on some cupcakes which are meant for Fluttershy, as revealed by an annoyed Applejack. She tries to get Pinkie's attention, to no avail. The video then cuts to Applejack's point of view, where she stretches out an arm to tap Pinkie's shoulder. Not long afterwards though, Pinkie suddenly turns around with a horrific face and lets out a monstrous roar. The screen fades red as this happens. After a white flash, everything goes back to normal, and the short ends with Applejack being afraid as Pinkie continues to eat.
