As the game title suggests, the game should be a quiz. So when you look at the pictures, the player is asked fuzzy questions: "How many faces do you see?" And what's more, there is a button that leads to the next illusion with various questions.  
The animation is a showcase of various optical illusions, such as the [[wikipedia:Grid_illusion#Scintillating_grid_illusion|scintillating grid illusion]], and the [[wikipedia:Café_wall_illusion|café wall illusion]]. The third and fourth images instead have to do with how many horses/faces the viewer sees respectively.


In the fourth illusion, the player is told to count how many faces are in the picture. However, the button can no longer be clicked, However, a GIF of Sarah from the [[Wikipedia:The_Exorcist(film)|The Exorcist]] appears and punches the screen followed by a still image of her.
Every image has a "next" button at the bottom which allows you to advance to the next illusion. However, once the viewer reaches the fourth illusion, the "next" button stops working; it's a fake.
