The website originally launched in 2011, but archives in the Wayback Machine indicate that it was not a shock site at the time. It would be in 2014 that an unknown person took over the website and turned it into a shock video hosting site.
The Wayback Machine shows that the website was active in 2018, then gradually stopped activity, and finally closed in 2022.
