It starts with text that says "EmailHello!" and "FunStuff!" along with a big orange button with the word "Start" on it. Once the Start button is clicked, an image of an extremely obese woman standing naked in a shower will suddenly appear. The image has been animated to look like the woman is shaking her buttocks.
