The game itself pretends to be a montage of Extreme videos, the player can replay, resume or pause the video, the first video that came up was a officer almost getting hit by a car from 2002, after watching the video, the player was asked to replay it, where the officer gets hit by a car again, However, this time, the blood splatters all over the place along with a image of a cop's head rolling down on the bottom of the screen.
