1 Girl 1 Knife is a shock video uploaded to X on November 24th, 2023.

A 25-second POV clip of a dark skinned woman, wearing a black-and-white striped shirt, pushing and pulling a long, serrated bread knife—blade-first—in and out of her vagina. There is no audio, except for an iPhone notification sound that plays once. Not much is known about the woman's identity or where the video originated. Meatspin later popularized a website called 1girl1knife.com, featuring a rotated version of the video, and exposed it to a much wider audience.

Throughout the video, she does not bleed , a detail that led some users to speculate the actions are fake. In fact, the viewer never actually sees the knife enter her body; instead, she slides it underneath herself to create the illusion of penetration, moving the blade far too freely for it to be inside her.
