Christmas Coal is a screamer video uploaded on Newgrounds on December 24th, 2008 by ReignOverhead.

The video starts with a badly drawn animation featuring a narrator over a montage of Christmas images. The narrator speaks of how Santa Claus brings coal to those children who behave poorly. When explaining that Santa's coal is not burned wood but rather something else, an image of a burning man pops up accompanied by a frighteningly loud scream.

There is also an extended version of this video, in which it details the receiving of this "coal" and a short tale of Frosty the Snowman, both accompanied by a loud scream near the end.

Transcript

COAL

There are some times of every year where people get a little anxious. Christmas is one of those times.

For tonight... An ancient creature will come down your chimney, and move through your socks with presents and put gifts under your tree.

But if you were bad...

Then he brings you coal. Coal is usually burned wood but in Santa Claus's case it's not quite so... [FIRST SCREAMER]

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh [SECOND SCREAMER]

Frosty the Snowman, was a dark and evil soul. With matted hair and a frightless stare and eyes as black as coal.

He's a very...and rightly so. He was white as snow, but the children know...day. *grunts from Frosty* [THIRD SCREAMER]
