For the majority of the video, a Japanese game show is shown on-screen while a clock-like ticking can be heard in the background. In the bottom right corner, a Japanese man is seen cutting his left wrist with a razor blade. While doing so, he makes statements such as "You think I'm just a toy" and "You think I'm just putting on an act" appear, suggesting he's in a terrible mental state from harassment or bullying.
