The Pain Series is a set of seven shock images created by user Huge_Midget on the Something Awful Forums in 2003. The Pain Series contains seven collages of images involving dead people, genital diseases, mutilation, gore, pornography, images from other shock sites like Goatse and Tubgirl, and more gruesome content.

In 2003, the website Crazyninjas.org was created and hosted all seven Pain Series images until it shut down for violating the host provider's terms of service.

The Pain Series was eventually popularized by Encyclopedia Dramatica and is used in some pages and templates on the site. Templates that include the Pain Series hyperlink the images to a Last Measure mirror website called kittens.bioghost.com.
