Pong.EXE

Pong.EXE is a screamer game that draws inspiration from the classic 1970s video game Pong, created by RobBoberty in 2015. In this game, players compete against a computer-controlled paddle on the right side of the screen. The objective is to score 10 points before the computer wins. Players can control the paddle using arrow keys or a cursor that moves the paddle automatically in the direction of the cursor.

As players progress through the game, each time they score a goal, something strange happens in the background:

• 2 points: Strange yellow dots flash in the background. A stretched-up image of the monster from the creepypasta Bad Dream flashes briefly, accompanied by a high-pitched screech.
• 4 points: A creepy clown flashes briefly, accompanied by a maniacal laugh. The computer-controlled paddle palette becomes twice as large as normal.
• 6 points: An edited image of a woman with black hair and a tape over her mouth that might induce trypophobia appears, accompanied by a distorted scream. The background and paddles turn red and the ball becomes a skull.
• 7 points: A red-filtered image of an eye with a mouth edited in as the pupil appears. The screen starts shaking, making it harder to play.
• 9 points: A picture of a bloody, severed mouth appears. Nothing else happens, but the computer-controlled paddle can now predict where the ball is going.

When players score 10 points, a flurry of screamer faces appears with static in between each one. They include:

• An edited image of a woman with black hair, greenish skin, and black eyes screaming.
• A fanart of a wide-mouthed Donald Duck with black eyes by Luvisi.
• An Easter Bunny costume with a horrifying face and dirty fangs.
• A close-up of a spider.
• A faceswap image of a person and a kitten.
• The thumbnail of Dane Boe's Scarier Faces video.
• A child photoshopped to have only one large cyclopean eye and a sharp-toothed mouth in a red background.
• An alien-looking young girl with light-blue skin and cyan pigtails.
• An edited image of Santa Claus with a rabbit's head and a menacing face abducting a crying baby.
• The demon woman from Dead Birds.
• A clown with scratches on its face, blue eyes, and a red-and-blue nose.
• Large Marge.

An echoing scream accompanies these images as the game cuts to a black screen, followed by the credits.

There's also a "Kid Mode" difficulty within the game. In this version, all screamer faces are replaced with cats (including Nyan Cat), and the following happens:

• 2 points: Purring can be heard in the background.
• 4 points: The purring gets louder.
• 6 points: The screen starts to shake
• 8 points: The screen starts to shake harder.

When players score 10 points in this mode, a slideshow of cats is shown, accompanied by various identical meows.
