2 Girls 1 Toothbrush is a shock video from the film originally titled "MFX 1111" Uncensored Office Party and made by MFX Media sometimes in late 2007.

The video starts with a woman defecating on a toilet. Shortly afterwards, another woman gets a toothbrush and then brushes all the feces onto her teeth before they both start vomiting. Finally, both of the women already brush their teeth with the toothbrush covered with feces, and the video ends.
