The video starts with the title of the video, then cuts to a picture of Times Square, where they are advertising the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Behind the FIFA logo are the numerals that are usually used for Times Square's New Year's Eve festivities.

At roughly 27 seconds, a montage of scary and non-scary pictures will appear, along with the same scream from SCP-450. The pictures include:

• The Tic-Tac-Toe zombie.

• The Little Dancing Girl demon.
• The SCARY GHOST MOVING CHAIR !! ghost.

• The Sajjad Ali banshee.
• Smile Dog.
• Method Man with the mouth of a cookie-cutter shark.
• Jeff the Killer.
• The zombie and gargoyles from the K-fee commercials.
• Amy Peterson.
• Twelve from Numberblocks.
• The 2567 from "Numbers 1 to 1000 (make that 3000) [HD]" by Yenji Jem. This image was also used in many other screamers made by Discover.

When the montage finishes, the Anne.jpg screamer appears for around 15 seconds, before the ВИD of Doom screamer appears. Then, Regan MacNeil pops up again with the same scream from The Maze and headbutts the screen.
