By the way, I learned I accidentally uploaded a slightly cropped version on IPFS after I tried compressing it. The Catbox mirror fixes this.)

Normally, the wiki suggests using an IPFS client and importing by copy-pasting the CID that the link contains. They have a guide for using IPFS which covers both uploading and downloading. If you still cannot open the file after downloading, try to add .mp4 as the extension, as this is the format I used to encode the video.)
