Optical Illusions was a Flash animation developed by Jeremy Winterrowd in 2006.
The animation is a showcase of various optical illusions, such as the scintillating grid illusion, and the café wall illusion. The third and fourth images instead have to do with how many horses/faces the viewer sees respectively.
Every image has a "next" button at the bottom which allows you to advance to the next illusion. However, once the viewer reaches the fourth illusion, the "next" button stops working; it's a fake. Eventually, a GIF of Sarah Novak from the The Exorcist appears and punches the screen, followed by a still image of her.
