IM_HAPPY.gif is a fictitious animated image that was first mentioned in the creepypasta, The .GIF, which was made in 2011 by user Multiverseman.
The GIF depicts a yellow circle with a gray mouth and eyes, smiling towards the viewer (hence the name).
