F1C.gif also known as skelett.gif is a screamer GIF similar to the concept of When you see it. This GIF circulates on the 4chan imageboard. It is also related to the meme "And Then A Skeleton Popped Out".
This animation shows an open door to a basement, revealing what is inside. After 1 second, a skeleton jumps towards the screen. A close-up of his face, turning red and shaking, is then shown. Because it is a GIF image, there is no scream.
